Returns/Exchanges
Return Policy
All unused/unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product price within 30 days. We do not refund delivery charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually and must be returned in the original bag as it was delivered to you.
Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, the order may not be cancelled for any reason. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 25%.

For approved returns we will issue a credit to your charge card within 24 hours. In cases where we have delivered you an incorrect product, we will have the item picked up delivering the correct product to your door, at no additional charge.
